Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so providing that:
a) You give a minimum of 4 working days’ notice. Your notice period cannot include bank holidays, weekends, the date of your booking or the day you give us notice.
b) Notice is given to us in writing by emailing info@greenpenny.co.uk or by calling us on 0330 111 7230

If the above terms are met, then we will cancel your booking and will provide you with a full refund via your original method of payment and will confirm this via email.


If you wish to change the date of your booking, you may do so providing that:
a) You give a minimum of 4 working days’ notice. Your notice period cannot include bank holidays, weekends, the date of your booking or the day you give us notice.
b) Notice must be given in writing by email taxi@greenpenny.co.uk or by calling us on 0330 111 7230

If the above terms have been met, then we will change the date of your booking and will confirm this via email.


If you have already attended a booked service, or part of a service you have booked, then no cancellation or change of date is possible and no refund will be due.

If you fail to attend on the day you booked for, or you arrive late, no refund or date change will be available.

If you agreed or chose to make a booking that is within 4 clear working days or less, changes or cancellations cannot be made to the booking and refund will not be given.


In the event of Green Penny cancelling your booking, the maximum amount that will be refunded in any event is 100% of the fee paid for the booking.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that they book and pay for the correct service.

If you have already attended booking or notify us too late (as per our cancellation policy) you will not be entitled to a refund.
